We provide a suite of construction, supply, and project management services designed to help individuals and organizations achieve their infrastructure goals. Our services may include, but are not limited to, civil construction, material supply, project consultation, and support resources.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access certain features of our portal, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel services at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, blueprints, and software — are the exclusive property of Raunak Construction & Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our services without our express written permission.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: (a) violating any applicable local, national, or international laws; (b) transmitting any unsolicited commercial communications; (c) uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code; (d) attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems; (e) collecting or harvesting user data without consent; (f) impersonating any person or entity; or (g) interfering with the proper functioning of our services.

We reserve the right, without obligation, to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at our principal place of business.

You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and in some cases, we may provide additional notice such as an in-app notification or email.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
